WHAT YOU NEED…
- Clementines from Mindful Chef’s Fruit Box
- 100g chocolate
- Pistachios (chopped)
- Desiccated coconut
HOW TO MAKE THEM…
- Peel your clementines and place in the freezer for 30 mins on a piece of baking paper.
- In the meantime break the chocolate into a clean dry bowl and place over a pan of simmering water to melt.
- Take the bowl off the water and dip the clementine segments into the chocolate, sprinkle with the pistachios and coconut and place back onto the baking paper to set.
