  • 2 garlic clove
  • 4cm fresh ginger
  • 25g honey (use half)
  • 80g mangetout
  • 100g brown rice noodles
  • 1 red pepper
  • 300g free-range pork mince
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar (Sulphites)
  • 80g baby sweetcorn
  • 2 tbsp tamari (Soya)

Quick Pork Mince Stir-Fry Instructions

Taking just 20 minutes to cook and prepare, you can have a delicious mid week meal of pork mince stir fry to tuck into. To get started follow these easy instructions:

  1. Boil a kettle. Thinly slice the pepper. Finely chop or crush the garlic. Peel the ginger, then grate. Cut the mangetout and sweetcorn in half lengthways.
  2. Place the noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave to soak for 7 mins, then drain and rinse well.
  3. Heat a large pan with 1/2 tbsp oil on a medium-high heat. Fry the pork for 5 mins, until golden and cooked through. When done, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, make the dressing; in a small bowl mix together the tamari, vinegar and honey.
  5. Keep the pan on the heat and add 1/2 tbsp oil. Add the pepper, mangetout, sweetcorn, garlic and ginger, then stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Return the pork to the pan, cook for a further minute, then add the noodles and dressing. Cook for a few minutes to heat through. Season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Serve the pork mince stir-fry.

  • 1 pak choi
  • 1 red pepper
  • 300g free-range pork mince
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar (Sulphites)
  • 2 tbsp tamari (Soya)

Instructions on How to Cook a Healthy Pork Mince Stir-Fry

Not only is this pork mince stir fry healthy and delicious, it only takes 30 minutes! With less time spent cooking, you can cherish quality time with loved ones. To start, follow these six simple instructions:

  1. Boil a kettle. Half-fill a medium saucepan with lightly salted boiling water. Bring to the boil, then place the noodles into the pan. Gently separate the noodles with a fork and boil for 3 mins. Drain and rinse under cold water, then leave in cold water until needed.
  2. Peel the garlic and ginger, then finely chop. Deseed the chilli and finely chop. Slice the spring onions into long strips. Peel the carrot and cut into matchsticks. Trim away the root from the pak choi, then cut into 1cm-thick wedges. Slice the pepper into strips.
  3. Make the dressing; in a bowl, mix together the tamari, vinegar and honey.
  4. Heat a medium frying pan with 1/2 tbsp oil on a medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook for 5 mins, until it begins to colour. After 5 mins, add the garlic, ginger and chilli, mix through and cook for a further minute. Add the dressing and cook for a further 1-2 mins, until slightly reduced and thickened. Season with black pepper and set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, heat a separate frying pan with 1/2 tbsp oil on a medium-high heat. Add the pak choi and pepper, sauté for 3 mins, then add the carrot and mix through. Drain the noodles and add to the pan along with three-quarters of the spring onions. Cook until the noodles are hot. Lightly season with sea salt and black pepper.
  6. Reheat the pork and serve with the noodles. Garnish with the remaining spring onions.
