When it comes to your packaging, we’re always trying to do better for the planet – and we’ve got some very cool news. Your cool bag is turning into a new, eco-friendly cool box. It keeps things cool. It’s kinder to the planet. And we haven’t even got to the best part yet – it’s 100% recyclable from home. This takes us one step closer to our goal of net-zero by 2030 and to making sure all of our packaging can be widely recycled from the curbside. Your new cool box

Made completely out of corrugated cardboard, the box has been cleverly designed to restrict the flow of air and control temperature changes. Your new cool box contains 60% recycled materials, will divert approximately 630g of non-recyclable material from landfill per box and has a 30% lower carbon footprint than our previous insulation.

Plus, inside there’s larger ice packs – let’s hear it for less plastic!

Us too. We’ll keep on taking your insulation bags back for recycling in all the usual ways (through Collect+ and Royal Mail) right until the end of June.
