In 2018 I stood on a red dot and gave the talk of my life
It was all about the fear of judgement, and how as plus size women we often hold ourselves back and don’t do the things we really want to do.
It was an incredible experience live, and more than 5000 women have watched it since.

In the lead up to the talk, I ran a research project with more than 200 plus size women to work out what the issues were. It was such an insightful experience for me, and I know the programme changed so many womens lives.
But if I am being honest, since then I have been a bit distracted with my focus when it comes to improving the wellbeing of a million womens lives…which has been my mission for the past 10 years.
The pandemic took my interest in women’s wellbeing to a whole new level, but I was heads down in my own shit, juggling two online businesses, and homeschooling my almost 8 year old….so didn’t have the capacity for it.
But I do now…and I have devised the most incredible programme to help women take back control.
We don’t know how long it is going to be until the world goes back to any kind of normality, and we can not put our wellbeing on hold indefinitely.
So I am looking for 100 women to take part in THE BIG FAT WELLBEING EXPERIENCE.
