Based on the Isle of Wight – which gets more sunshine than anywhere else in the UK – they grow their bounty on rich, fertile Arreton soil using a biodegradable growing system.

2. Our planet is a priority

Just like Mindful Chef, The Tomato Stall is passionate about the planet. They compost plant waste to enrich their soils, and support a natural ecosystem in glasshouses to control pests and diseases. The Tomato Stall even harvests rainwater from glasshouse roofs to irrigate their plants.
