To celebrate the launch of our 3 new frozen smoothie flavours – Strawberry Goji, Mango Lime and Watermelon Chia – Chef Susie shares her secrets for delicious smoothie bowls. Bursting with fresh, summery flavours (and any toppings of your choice!), they’re a perfect way for a healthy, speedy start to your day.

Not forgetting her smoothie ice lollies – an ideal snack or dessert for the kids to tuck into this summer!

1. Strawberry Goji smoothie bowl

Pink power! Sweet strawberry and creamy banana join sour cherries and tart red goji berries in this vitamin C-packed smoothie bowl.

  1. Order your pack of Strawberry Goji from your Mindful Chef account or at shop.mindfulchef.com.
  2. Add 2 packs of frozen smoothie mix to a blender with 200ml of your chosen liquid – we recommend coconut water.
  3. Add toppings of your choice – Chef Susie has chosen a handful of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, a handful of mixed nuts and a sprig of fresh mint.
  4. Enjoy!

2. Mango Lime smoothie bowl

A golden blend that tastes as vibrant as it looks. A twist of lime brings the tropical fruit flavours in this smoothie to life: succulent mango, exotic papaya, sweet pineapple. Decorate accordingly for the perfect smoothie bowl!

  2. Add 2 packs of frozen smoothie mix to a blender with 200ml of your chosen liquid – we recommend coconut water.
  3. Add toppings of your choice – Chef Susie has chosen chopped kiwi, passionfruit, dried mango and desiccated coconut.

3. Watermelon Chia smoothie bowl

Summer’s ultimate thirst-quencher. Juicy watermelon, sweet strawberry and smooth banana blitz with zingy lime and filling chia seeds to make a bright breakfast or post-workout refresher.

  1. Order your pack of Watermelon Chia from your Mindful Chef account or at shop.mindfulchef.com.
  2. Add 2 packs of frozen smoothie mix to a blender with 200ml of your chosen liquid – we recommend coconut water.
  3. Add toppings of your choice – Chef Susie has chosen sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, dried goji berries, flaked almonds and a dollop of ManiLife peanut butter.

Smoothie ice lollies
