30 Min Full Body Kettlebell Strength Workout for Runners

This full-body kettlebell circuit workout for runners will help you to build strength and stability. The kettlebell has been one of the most purchased items of lockdown, but how well do you know yours? Are you making the most of it? Or are you too nervous to use it?

There are no kettlebell swings involved in this workout, but eight other exercises to show just how versatile this weight is. If you don’t have a kettlebell you can use a dumbbell or do it as a bodyweight workout.
